SHAC HORNADAY COUNSELORS

The Hornaday awards are the oldest conservation awards in the nation. In recent years the requirements for them have become more specific and easier to understand. They are still difficult awards to earn. The following Scouters have volunteered to assist youth as they earn any one of the awards. A youth or his leader should contact one of these Hornaday Counselors before he starts planning his project or projects. The Counselor can provide information and advice concerning the awards criteria, identifies organizations with conservation projects, and explains in detail the project documentation requirements.
