Troops, crews and ships can camp at Camp Strake. Twenty campsites are nestled in shaded areas throughout the camp with picnic tables, a covered pavilion with electricity. Eighteen campsites have a capacity of 50 campers; two campsites have a capacity of 75 campers (# 2 and 19). Shower houses are located along the main campsite road and are shared by three or four campsites. Individual stalls are ADA-compliant and have a toilet, shower, and sink. Rangers assign the campsites and issue campsite assignments upon check-in. |

• One NRA certified Range Safety Officer (RSO) for every 8 shooters on the range, and

The 32-foot-tall climbing tower is designed to allow beginner and experienced climbers to test and improve their skills. Gear and equipment is provided. Participants must bring a hold harmless agreement. For questions about climbing, contact the Climbing Committee. |

• One adult with Safe Swim Defense (SSD) training taken online for every ten participants to be on the safety team which includes:

There is a geochaching course with ten hidden geocaches around camp. Bring your own compasses. |

| Disk Golf |
|
|
There is a 9-hold disk golf course. Bring your own frisbees. |
|
| Gaga Ball |
|
|
There are two Gaga ball pits. Scouts must be monitored and supervised. Bring your own ball. |
|
| Fishing |
|
|
Catch and release fishing is allowed camp. Bring your own equipment. Fishing licenses are not required. |
|
| Nature Trails / Pollinator Gardens |
|
|
There are nature trails marked with trees and 3 native plant pollinator gardens to work on plant identification and various merit badges. |

| Staff huts |
|
$20/bed/night |
For special events and long-term camps. Staff huts sleep four people per hut. Huts have a/c, fan, electricity, two bunk beds, and a small hanging area. Pillows and linens are not included. |
